Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to check the delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct and complete. Seavia House is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears delayed, please allow a few extra business days as transit times may vary. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with carrier investigation and resolution.
