Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All components, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

Items that show signs of wear, modification, or improper use are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized tools
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Consumables or items with hygiene concerns (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with the correct return address.
  • Pack the item securely and include your order details inside the parcel.

Please do not send your product back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, except in cases of defective, incorrect, or damaged products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will not be included unless the error was on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance and we will help verify the transaction status.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us to arrange the replacement process.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has entered fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
